GCPR Communications is hiring closers, creatives, and coordinators. Sales roles are commission-driven and uncapped — pipeline comes through our SYNQ marketing engine, you close. Creative and ops roles are salaried with defined client capacity so the work is sustainable, not chaotic.

What we need from you.
GCPR is a real business that pays its people and its partners on time. We need to know who we're working with — for tax, compliance, and quality reasons. Here's exactly what we ask for, by role type.
Vendors & service partners
Stylists, photographers, glam, production, venues, vehicles.
We pay vendors directly through GCPR's books, which means vendors must be officially set up to do business.
- Registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, sole prop with DBA) — no personal-name freelancers
- Valid EIN (or SSN for sole prop) and signed W-9 on file
- Working business website (or curated portfolio link — Squarespace, Wix, Format, Pixieset all OK)
- Business email on a custom domain (no @gmail.com only)
- Proof of insurance where applicable (photo/video, production, transport)
- Two professional references — past clients or agencies you've delivered for
- Clear rate card or service menu (we'll markup transparently into client invoices)
Internal hires
Publicists, account leads, sales closers, coordinators.
Internal roles are W-2 or 1099 depending on the seat. Either way, we hire deliberately — small team, big accountability.
- Résumé (PDF or LinkedIn) — must show relevant industry experience
- Two solid references we can actually call — former managers, agency leads, or direct clients
- A short note (in the application) on what you'd own in your first 90 days
- Portfolio, clips, or pitch samples for creative & publicist roles
- Closing track record (deals, revenue, conversion rate) for sales roles
- Reliable time zone overlap with US Eastern business hours
- Background check consent for any role with client access
